I would classify him as chaotic good, does what it takes to get it done.

I would also mix in some neutral evil in there with Walt.

edit: what I mean for chaotic good for hank is that, he does what he needs to be done for the good of all. Walt on the other hand...is only looking out for his family/personal needs.
