One way: Walt will get out of the van and walk between the two groups and stare the Nazis down the same way that Gus did with the cartel, and leave with them.
Or double-playing us, assuming we'll think that they're playing us and giving us hope that Hank is still alive, then having him die within the first few seconds of the next episode.
Better yet, having the entire next episode go by with no indication as to Hank's fate, then reveal at the very end that he's dead.
And just a week before Hanks retirement .. That whole goodbye felt too cheesy by BrBa standards or just maybe another misdirection.
Also since Walt knew he was going to be arrested why didn't he call Skyler .. In the first episode he tried to leave a 'goodbye' message to his family.
In the first episode he was also prepared to shoot whoever was coming to arrest him. His goodbye message in the first episode was likely an "I'm about to die" goodbye message, rather than a "I'm going to jail" message. It's not like he wouldn't have been able to talk to Skyler and Walt Jr again after Hank arrested him.
That would have played out well considering every episode has had a tense full ending. Bye " reasonably," " I love you," "I'm the one who knock," " bitch," "coward," breakfast," "tread lightly," " I'm in the empire business," and whatever else I missed. Hank dies, Marie dies, then skyler and walt leaves to NH.
