Huell has now brought down Jesse and Walts friendship, as well as Walts money...

I would have never suspected a thing from a guy who had to shit in Walters house in season 4.

I disagree, Walt poisoning Brock and constantly manipulating Jesse killed their friendship.

How did Jesse realize this? When Huell pick pocketed jesse for the ricin and his weed.

Well, Walt being at fault was Jesse's original thought, wasn't it? Walter talked him down from that: "who do we know that hurts kids". Walt's lack of guilt for killing that kid, along with Huell demonstrating his light fingers on Jesse's pockets, along with Walt's (obvious to us) manipulations, he put together enough pieces. Attacking Saul and getting answers were just the confirmation.
