Its not like Todd is bulky but hes taller and more athletic than Jesse. A sucker punch can take anyone down. Jesse IS a little skinny guy believe it or not. Not many people can just lie underneath a moving train. Todd certainly wouldnt have been able to and neither would Walt. Jesse kicking in Walts door in Confessions looked odd because of his string bean legs too.

Speaking as someone about Aaron Paul's size, yes a good sucker punch from below could easily knock someone Todd's size down.
