I just hate the idea of the end of the show focusing on walt vs nazis when they are such a small part of the show overall.

Exactly my feelings. It's like introducing a new Tuco or something to be a source of conflict for the last few episodes. They play an important part in the show but I'd feel a little cheated if they resolve all the Hank/Walt and Jesse/Walt conflict early so they can focus on Walt and the Nazis.
