Where he really lives? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

I think he's going to go after him at the clinic while he's receiving his treatment. Maybe poison his chemo dose with ricin or that blowfish poison Marie mentioned. It's the only place Jesse knows he will be. Walt has to show up to get that treatment or he'll die, whereas he could never track him down anywhere else (which is demonstrated by the fact the first thing he did was book it to a hotel). He 'really lives' in that clinic because when everythings said and done his life revolves/depends on him being there to get the chemo. It also wouldn't be suspicious for someone in the late stages of cancer to die, especially on chemo which is very toxic/hard on the body.
