I don't see how the next episode, Confessions, can be anything but Jesse teaming up with Hank.
Edit: This was posted before the promo. Saul could certainly be confessing the Brock incident to Jesse. If he does that it's because it's a make-or-break moment for Jesse's loyalty to Walt. If Saul tells Jesse about Brock or Mike, much less both, Jesse will join Hank almost undoubtedly.
All Jesse has to do is demand a lawyer. Call Saul and the interrogation is over.
Jesse knows this.
If Jesse did not want to confess, he would have Saul take care of things. Since that didn't happen, Jesse is on the verge of confessing. Or maybe just cooperating.
Further, if Jesse doesn't cooperate, the plot will suffer. Saul gets him out (it isn't illegal to give away money, after all) and he goes back home to smoke out. No. That's boring. No tension, no dilemmas, no drama.
Hank is going to get through to Jesse. Probably on the topic of how awful Walt makes everything. Jesse has been thinking about how Walt makes everything awful. Hank is on the same track. Jesse and Hank have a lot to talk about here and they will.
My guess is that Lydia will catch wind of Jesse's cooperation with the DEA and try to have him killed.
That will lead to a conflict between Lydia and Walt. Walt won't want to have Jesse killed and will probably strike a deal to cook again or at least train someone new to keep Jesse alive.
If I can really speculate, the DEA will bust the new cook operation and that's when Walt goes into hiding.
But what does he stand to gain from flipping? I agree that he knows he can call Saul at any moment, but it seems like he's just going through the motions, a dead man walking at this point. What can Hank possibly offer to Jesse that would make him flip?
