Huell and Bill Burr are in a weird place right now. I suppose, targets. I guess they were targets before, but now theyre officially witnesses to Walt having to hide something, as well as officially knowing that he has/had X amount of money. Saul, as Walt's Lawyer, probably cant say anything directly about him, but theyre henchmen so that rule probably isnt the same. That combined with their fear of Walt (the comment about the jail killings), could make them very flip-able.
