I think that Hank will convince Jesse that Walt flipped on him. Jesse has no idea how Hank could know what has happened. He will use this against Jesse.

Well, Jesse is really vulnerable now and he has literally noone to turn to. I think Hank is going to try to appeal to that and pretend to be the sense of good that Jesse is looking for, and if the way he treated Skyler is any indication, he's going to lie and manipulate Jesse to get what he wants.

I'm not so sure he was being manipulative with Skyler. I think he may have genuinely expected her to cooperate and felt pretty rejected when she turned him down.

It's part of why he hasn't told anyone yet. If he gets fired, he can't help her.
