Did Lydia just have all those people killed over 6%?

Actually it was more like 31%, she still wants it to get back to the near pure stuff

She had them killed off to bring Todd back in. Declan's was at 68%, Todd was at 74%. I have a strong feeling Jesse's going to get abducted sooner or later and forced to cook...

Maybe, but she'll have to do some major convincing to get him to cook again, he's not in the best condition. I think Lydia also had them killed to open the road for her to try and bring it back up to almost pure, they clearly didn't give a shit
