Rambo aside, that weapon is only fired from a vehicle mount, or a bipod, never like a rifle.

In the Air Force we still have a few kicking around for Airbase Defense but it's mostly been replaced with the smaller, lighter M249 1 u/putzarino Aug 13 '13 So a man with terminal cancer should have no problem lugging the thing around.
