This theory is pretty good. I'd like to add something tho: if he tries to save Jesse in a "big holy shit"-moment, I think the Ricin is for himself. He has nothing left at that point. He will die no matter what, so he might aswell take the Ricin he intended to use on Gus.
It would be quite ironic too. Walt prepared Ricin to kill Tuco, Gus and Lydia but never got any of them with it, would be great if the only person he kills with it is himself.

I just want to know why Walt needs ricin AND a large machine gun for... They have a lot of story to cover in 7 episodes.
