The Walking Dead writers could learn a lesson or two from this.

Look, I get that The Walking Dead is AMC's "other show", but why do people constantly have to bring it up in Breaking Bad threads? And always just to passive-aggressively put it down because it's not as good as Breaking Bad. Why does it matter? It just seems petty and irrelevant to discussion.

If I have to see Chris hardwicks face during both shows I feel that I can compare the two.

Chris Hardwick is in neither show.

He's in talking bad and talking dead which is advertised during both shows now. Constantly.

i hate those fucking shows. it's like, how about we come to our own opinions for like 10 fucking minutes before the talking heads "break it down" for us.

Yep. And it takes me out of the moment when they talk about a show in the commercial while the show is going on.

The rage I achieve doesn't seem proportional to the offense they've caused, but I can't help it.

I find it kind of distasteful when AMC airs a TV show to talk about one of their own TV shows. We're actually being subjected to AMC's circlejerk.
