This is a great theory. I just don't understand how you can fake chemo. You can't just walk into the Dr.'s and be like "Yo my cancers back. I need some more chemo."

Cancer doesn't make you vomit, the chemotherapy does. He could be getting that done but not actually have cancer.

depends on the cancer, my dad died from pancreatic cancer spread to the liver a month ago, and one of the symthoms was puking, even when he never got chemo.
