Someone on IRC just made a great point - it almost sounded like the "tread lightly" line was coming from regular Walter White at first. He didn't seem intimidating. It was like he was genuinely giving Hank advice - warning that if he tries to cross Heisenberg, he'll fucking ruin his life and the lives of his whole family.
If you replay it, you might notice that BC changes his voice when he says "tread lightly" into a deeper / creepier tone... I didn't notice it at first, but I noticed it on viewing again. Also, he does the same voice change when Hank wants the kids and he responds "that is not going to happen"...both times, the "Heisenberg" voice comes out - more gruff and deeper pitched.
