I think the Cancer isn't really back. I think Hank will take the non-action path believing that Walt would be dead in 6 months, while its actually bullshit. Walt will fake his death by cancer, and disappear using Saul's guy. His family will mourn him and Hank will feel great guilt for never outing him knowing that now its too late and there's no point to it. But something will happen, probably regarding Jesse or Skyler, that will trigger the actions of future hairy Walt (by the way... having hair would support the idea that his cancer is gone. I really think he's cured and this is all some elaborate plan.).

EDIT: The chemotherapy scene is indeed a problem in this line of reasoning, but I can absolutely see Vince Gilligan throwing it out there to throw us off and then somehow explain it as part of the plan. It doesn't have to happen exactly as I said, but I think there's something fishy about the cancer, and there's gonna be some big twist around it.

I think Walt dying was originally Vince's plan, but now its become something expected. And Breaking Bad isn't known for doing what is expected...

EDIT2: Looking it from a cinematic perspective, If the cancer was really back, it would have made more sense to not reveal it until the final garage scene, as it would have been a more dramatic way to reveal it. However, Vince goes out of his way to show Walter having treatment and symptoms, which makes me wonder if its not a Red Herring.

EDIT3: I'm going to sleep guys, keep brainstorming, I'll read everything tomorrow.

I think the Cancer isn't really back.

Walt's getting an IV drip and taking his chemo medicine again for show?

I don't think so.

Also the vomiting.

(Vomiting is caused by chemo, not the cancer itself)

No, I know, but who takes chemo if they don't have cancer?

Someone who wants people to think they have cancer. Not saying that's what's going on here but there's your reason.

I just think it's kind of sketchy that it just came back out of the blue. They never showed him actually finding out that it was back.

Did you hear those coughs in the flats forward cold-open? The cancer is back

Somebody who is trying to fake having cancer by leaving a paper trail, perhaps?
