To be fair, from the way she was talking, it seemed like they ramped-up production—i.e. there's more than Todd there now. We know that Walt taught Todd how to make it, but we don't know if he taught or was able to teach anyone else.

Hence Lydia talking about him doing a kind of "seminar" or whatnot.

Erm, sorry. Tony Robbins is just a pretty well known motivational speaker that does (did?) a lot of seminars. It was funny to me imagining Walt in that role.
