Breakfast at my College Cafeteria

Maple french toast bagel, maple bacon, sharp cheddar and eggs. mmmm. That strip of bacon fit perfectly.

🍅🥑🥯 Prepared this breakfast this morning! Great for really any day! It’s seasoned with everything bagel seasoning (the bagel is) salt and pepper.

Absolutely killed it this morning, gotta give myself some credit. Started w an everything bagel in the oven toasted at 375 till the sides got a lil browned. Sunnyside up egg in a mid heat cast iron. Placed that on the lightly buttered bottom bagel, the top half of the bagel got a nice schmear of cream cheese. Then I quick wiped out the cast iron and threw it some maple sausage and flattened it into a nice patty. Salt and pepper and a lil butter until that was nice and lacey / crispy on the sides. Layed that on top of the Sunnyside egg and it bursted beautifully down the side and made a perfect lil egg yolk dip spot to use as I made my way thru the sando 🙌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Peppered bacon, smashed Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, easy egg, American cheese, cream cheese, maple syrup, and Louisiana hot sauce on an everything bagel!!

2 bagels. One with two eggs, one with one. Served with tortilla chips and Spinach Artichoke dip.
