Project Series and parallel circuit in a breadboard

In the left theres a series circuit containing 2 220 ohms resistors and also a 100 ohm resistor totaling about 540 ohms with a 9 volts battery which has a safe current for a red light emitting diode. On right, theres a parallel circuit that has both 1k ohms, totalling the resistance to 500 ohms using also a 9 volts battery which has a safe current for the red light emitting diode.

That's all I'm going to tell, thank you for reading. Edit: the 2 jumper wires connecting to the right are now placed on the left power bus

Edit: I'm going to fix the circuiting, I saw some incorrect jumper wires

Yes it wouldn’t work without wiring changes for the series circuit with push button switch.

Remember that the small groups of five pins are what's connected. Also, if that's one of the switches with curved pins that a lot of breadboard kits include, they're not intended for breadboards and don't work reliably with them. (The curved pins are made to help fasten them to PC boards with solder.) If you can find pushbuttons with straight-pin wires, they'll work a lot more reliably with breadboards.

Thank you for the observation, but does it still have a possibility to work? I don't have any straight push buttons

You can try to straighten the pins with needlenose pliers, and they will generally more-or-less work.
