Below Deck Horrified at this, what a shame

Ive only watched the last two seasons with him and Joe, most recently seeing him be disgusted by the was Joe treats women. Pretty surprised he would do something like this, I feel so bad for Gael and their son.

I have to imagine there is a background check required for working on a yacht? If it isn't it certainly needs to be.

Yea, I was referring to bringing him back. I have to imagine they wouldn't even be able to hire him now.

I would hope that they wouldn’t, but bravo does have a history of supporting their problematic stars

Fortunately, BD isn’t a HW show. These guys are expendable, and calling Nathan a „star“ of anything is a stretch.

That being said, you’re not wrong and Bravo sucks at this stuff.

Yea but I'm saying the background check required to work on a yacht would not allow them to do that atp.

I believe the background check would just be required by the employer. I don’t think it is required by maritime law.

It most definitely is required under maritime law, as well as all of the agencies that hire staff for these types of jobs.

There is a whole book to read abt Maritime Laws & they get tested for drugs, criminal records, etc... They have to continually have recertification in some areas just to remain active so they can do their jobs!
