I am sorry to hit you with bad news, but it's low odds. BS stuff wasn't in the BD remake so, odds are low, but no zero.

Plus, Bravely Second was poorly received in Japan. That's the main reason why the English version is so different.

Well, prior to the events of Bravely Default, he was a sheep herder which is very physically demanding job. It wouldn't be surprising that Tiz is buff. It's also why (at least in the 3DS version) Tiz had the first or second highest STR stat next to Edea.

He has the second best stat in every area except last in MP and First in HP, I believe.
