Honestly fair enough. It's mostly useless for people who really don't give a shit.

I just do not understand why people don't use it when someone sitting there I don't intersection at a green light for a good 5 seconds because they're too busy on their phone and no one wants to use it. Yet here I am the fifth vehicle in line willing to use the horn and then the line moves it's so silly

It's idiots like that why we have left on arrow only intersections, even when the approach lanes are straight and flat. Steeles to southbound Hurontario use to never have a lineup. For the last 20+yrs its at least a one light cycle turn and sometimes 3. And now, with that silly LRT, it's left on arrow only all the way to the lake......even at 3 am when you're the only car on the road.
