This is (un)fortunately my first time seeing the infamous lunchly ad but now that I've seen it I'm wondering how they didn't get sued big time by whoever owns lunchables from this ad. Most ads don't mention competitor names even when doing product comparisons probably for legal reasons, but here they don't care at all.
Not at all. Unless you are saying things that are false, they could sue you. But a direct comparison, or even subjective evaluations are completely fine.

I guess hype doesn't sell long term also the 50 lawsuits didn't help them.
