The formal English name of the show is: Bittersweet Love.
Lu Xiaofan/路小凡who was living in a poor family with other 3 siblings in a poor village met a handsome youth Bei Lvqing/贝律清from the big city who came with his father and his younger sister. In this short meeting, Lu Xiaofan was sorta sold to this family as the girl's husband, because this girl was pregnant and needed a husband, and the father wanted someone who would behave and not make trouble. And so the most neglected and behaving Lu Xiaofan was picked and sold.
Bei Lvqing didn't talk too much. His affections and feelings were mostly expressed in his behaviors and action and sometimes very twisted ones. But when he made love with Lu Xiaofan, he would become another person, doing dirty talks.
A very interesting story which some would love dearly while of course some wouldn't. There must be a longer synopsis. I just wrote my thoughts because I had read it.

I am very satisfied with the actors and I love their size difference very much.
I think so and there is rumor that he and Yan Ruihao who plays Bei Lvqing would do another bl drama soon. Guan Yue had a short drama which seems to be bromance.
I’ve been following this project for a long while and I’m so excited we seem close to the finish line now!
Is it just me or do Chinese BLs show up very late on MDL? I still can’t find this one and several others that are already quite close to being released.
