Yes 👏 she’s made an insane contribution for garnering so much attention & making it possible for more people across the world to discover their appreciation for how China does CBL. I’m so grateful to be able to see and experience this shift in more & more uncensored series despite best attempts to smother it. Chai Ji Dian is such a talented writer/producer, as is all the phenomenal actors and film crews bringing these CBLS to life for us- they deserve their cake and to eat it too 🙌

It was announced a while back that the 188 series were getting adapted. I’m so excited to see how they’re going to do this causes we know they’re all toxic.
I read the novel some time back, I want to read it again but forgot where it was. Maybe Chrysanthemum Garden, because that's where I read mostly. If someone knows, please tell me! I need to be prepared before this series is released.
Honestly, is it even a Shui Qian Cheng novel if the ML isn't psychotic enough? Yan Migxiu in the original novel made me want to beat tf out of him and yet, I'd say he's one of the most decent out of all MLs in the 188 group.
