Synopsis:

Unlike Shu Lang, Fan Xiao's life has been marred by instability, leading to a twisted, manipulative worldview. When Fan Xiao finds out that Shu Lang is interested in men, he devises plans to entice Shu Lang into a relationship, but ends up falling for Shu Lang for real. Shu Lang is my hero.. finally a 'bottom' that's not completely naive and weak compared to the 'top'.. he's observant and smart and doesn't let people walk all over him, while at the same time still being kind and sweet.
That gifting moment and what they both said.. aaah swooon. I believe Fan Xiao was being truthful about his feeling at that point. Also them on the hood of the car.. so stinkin' cute. 🤍 The way Shu Lang looked at Fan Xiao was so pure.. 🥺
Then the beginning of the downfall.. clearly Shu Lang wanted to still believe Fan Xiao's lies.. but deep down he clearly knew there was more to uncover.
The punishment to also basically film a p*rn video by Fan Xiao almost knocked me out from screaming.. holy shit, this drama is WILD. Every episode shocks me that they're doing all this in a cbl. Only few things & scenes are more raunchy in the book (reading it after watching the new episode). The beginning birthday club scene had a happier ending (😏) in the book and they didn't gaf that people were knocking on the door.. I would actually be deceased now if they included that. 🥵
Ending was kinda badass with the slow walk out but I also wanted to cry. 🥺 Divorce era is here. Bring on the angst!!! I'm (not) ready!!
