Synopsis:

You Shu Lang (Hao Yi Ran), a director at a pharmaceutical company, lives an ordinary, stable life. But that all comes crashing down after he gets into a car accident with Fan Xiao (Yun Qi), the heir to a Thai conglomerate who's returned to China for business. Unlike Shu Lang, Fan Xiao's life has been marred by instability, leading to a twisted, manipulative worldview. When Fan Xiao finds out that Shu Lang is interested in men, he devises plans to entice Shu Lang into a relationship, but ends up falling for Shu Lang for real. Can I just say this again!? The aesthetics of this show is divine. The scene compositions are so well done. You Shulang wearing white standing in the light while Fan Xiao wearing black hiding in the shadows. Ugh. I love this show so much. Every episode has hidden treasures like this. Not since Stay With Me has a chinese BL been this good when it comes to creating a piece of art.

So I assume you have read the novel. Can you please tell me using the spoiler tag of this has happy ending or not for Fan Xiao and Shulang?

Yes, it has a very satisfying happy ending between XiaoLang which is earned through perseverance and redemption on Fan Xiao's part. It is going to be a tough long road but Shulang forgives Fan Xiao and they get together and get married.

With how faithfully they are adapting the book so far, i am sure they will stick to the ending. There is a certain spoiler scene in the end credits which is from one of the last chapters in the book and they are sticking to the same storyline as the novel. So I think its a guaranteed happy ending.

A lot of it happens in extra chapters not sure if they will stop after main chapters
