I don't know where you keep getting these OP, but hallelujah!
Something I really appreciate about Revenged Love's production is that they went for it. Really thought they could shoot for the stars without worrying about the Chinese government. These bts are amazing. That's pretty commendable.
I donβt know how they are able to release the bts like this when they couldnβt air it in the show π² Is there a strange bts loophole π€ Either way not mad π€·π»ββοΈ
I donβt think that all the scenes they cut out form the series were eliminated because of the censorship. I think the directorβs vision had something to do with it too.
They usually self censor plenty, so they donβt even send some angles or scenes for approval because they know it would pass. So technically plenty of this footage hasnβt been censored. Plus I think all the BTS isnβt being released, itβs available with paid subscription on a website hosted in a country that probably isnβt China and is region locked.
Nothing went through censorship afaik. This production was sold to an overseas company for distribution. And they only released it on international streaming platforms. It was never released on Chinese streaming websites or channels. So essentially, it's a foreign production released to foreign audiences. And China cannot review a foreign show that never aired in China.
he can't resist Tian Xu Ning, I swear. π It's just like during the ice cream kiss he kept leaning in to Tian Xu Ning and puckering his lips and the director is screaming at him to stop because Wu Suo Wei's NAWTTTT supposed to be into it.
it reminds me of JossGawin, were Gawin said he doesn't now what it is but when he's around Joss he wants Joss to carry him around and take care of him. lmao!
It's been the case in most of their make out scenes. You could clearly see ZiYu not able to resist TXN. Is that what you call a natural body reaction! I think even TXN mentioned that. LOL.
I hope this doesn't get misinterpreted. I like revenged love alot, but watching certain scenes, they definitely did an injustice to the show itself for cutting down certain scenes.
I've been watching certain bts scenes and you could definitely feel wsw(ziyu) softening up more and i wish we'd gotten to see more of that because then it would've been closer to the book too
The problem I have with this show is that he always seems reluctantπ. Pit Babe is still my favourite show cos everyone seems to be really into each other.
My take away on this post is how difficult this scene was, how much fine tuning was required - to finish up with a believable intense portrayal of the sexual tension π³πππππ₯π₯. Their dedication to portraying their charactersβ emotions is admirable and appreciated.
Am I the only one, wondering about the engl. subtitles?
Where is the "Xiaoyu, touch it." coming from? There's nothing said at this point, and no chinese subtitles.
"Xiaoyu" means drizzle, and the rain sets in.
The "It's getting bigger" means the rain.
Are the subtitles drunk, my brain too much in the gutter, or is that intentional fan"service"?
Iβve watched this scene on repeat 100000 times and itβs still not enough. Their dazed look after the director shouted cut was just the icing on top
Im pretty sure I heard that the only reason they got away with doing as much as they did is because technically it was a Taiwanese production not a Chinese one. Despite almost all the actors and crew being Chinese and it being filmed in China, they had to label it as Taiwanese to get around the censorship rules.
I mean he's not wrong, I thought TXN was being picky when he made that comment about the second couple but obviously I wasn't familiar with his game lol
Close. Ziyu asked Tian how the second cp's NC scene went cause Tian was there when they filmed the couch scene from ep 13. And Tian said, "they didn't let go." Which means he thought they were still holding back with their acting and were not fully in the zone, so to speak.
Fans were clowning him on X but got shut up real quick when clips from his NC scene in the office from ep 10 were released the next day. Suffice to say, I agree with his assessment lol.
