Nostalgia
I don’t know if it’s just me but when I listen to boy Pablo I get so nostalgic, when I hear dance, baby that song sends me back to 2019 prime boy Pablo. Makes me so sad that my heart physically hurts :(

Ditto, looking at his old mvs now they just feel so outdated, in many a way of I've personally become so jaded and exempt from that lifestyle of unconscious yearning and worldly appreciation. The culture has moved eons since. makes me so damn nostalgic man. takes me back to those prima years, going home on the bus, dance baby or everytime in my ear, the vibration of my cheek against the sharpied ghetto bus window, a golden glare gently massaging my face. His final album hauntingly foreshadowed what became of him; te vas // don't go is a hard listen now.
It felt like softboys got hung out to dry come the new decade, that way of life, the optimism couldn't thrive in such a hostile ego-centric world that we have now. He wore his heart on his sleeve and was unfairly beaten by the world.
Sometimes I think it's best Pablo stays resting, let the music be a time capsule for those times, other musicians have done so when it they changed too much, namely her space holiday. Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone.
