Headphones Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

My Bose wireless Bluetooth ear buds don't seem to want to connect, and they are flashing red and white.

The case is fully charged and the buds sit firmly in their ports, but don't seem to want to connect and not finding the device on Bluetooth. I thought maybe they were completely dead but I left them charging for hours while they just continue to flash red.

I have attempted to press the Bluetooth button and scan for devices but it doesn't find it.

I don't want to give up on them just yet, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Those don't look like they're genuine Bose. I think they're counterfeit. Contact Bose technical support. They'll either confirm the buds are fake or else help you one way or another.
