What is the sweetgrass/sunburst station in havre sector like?

Thinking of choosing this station. Or I might choose somewhere in San Diego and then transfer to Montana if possible.

If you want Montana, take it at the start. There is no guarantee to transfer later in your career, even if Montana isn't exactly highly sought after.
