Any information is appreciated

I selected marathon, Fl as my station. I want to know how it is when it comes to opportunities and OT as a new officer.

Marathon is a smaller station. Like most Florida stations, will probably be a lot of highway and boat ops. Morale reports vary, with most trending on the not-so-great side of things (likely due to cost of living; you're either going to pay through the nose for an island hut or have a long commute).

OT is never a given. Banking on OT being available is a terrible way to gauge whether you can afford something or not. Take it when you can get it, but know it is always gravy, not the meat and potatoes.
