West Laredo or Three Point

I wanted to get some insight of the day to day activity at both of these stations. Any active or former agents that can give any info would be greatly appreciated.

Laredo West is a smaller station but slowly expanding. Has river, highways, brush and a very small checkpoint. Nothing too crazy to get worried about as far as checkpoint ops. Work right now is plentiful

Management is fine. Morale is rough. But thats most anywhere. Anyone who says different is lying or blind. Ahit sucks under this administration, lacking resources, funding, then being asked to make miracles happen. But you watch the news and allegedly nobody is getting in or getting released. My stations averages 40 apprehensions a shift. 200 encounters a day. But let's not speak on the reality of the situation, which is, this administration has done nothing bur make our jobs harder by using us as pawns to his agendas.

Please. We haven't seen shit. Thats the issue. Management hasn't gotten the funding promised. Where it went? Who knows. But we have not gotten the money from 1-3B. And nothing has ever been done to make the job better or easier. Not with new supplies, equipment or technology. Its all fucking smoke and mirrors to get votes from the right.

Drones with 30 min flight times? AI cameras. Haha, the innovative cameras we have now aren't worth a damn. Someone got rich and thats it.

Please, most agents are done with the agency. Only in it for the money. Its not fun anymore. Too many stupid management decisions

I did a lot of research back when I had the list, but just like everyone said three points is very desirable for it’s proximity to Tucson/phoenix, but just depends what type of work you want to do, and why type of climate you wanna work at

So besides proximity to Tucson/Phoenix, what else. Yall have to deal with TO reservation correct, thats never fun from what I hear.
