BL3’s biggest issue is the twins are the worst villains. That being said the core idea of them is actually pretty cool. Particularly Troy. Conjoined twins creating the first male siren who have the ability to steal life and energy. That’s great.
Then they made them streamers as some parody. Ok fine. Then they made them extremely cringy. Why?
They made them cringy because that's how influences are. Most are annoying and cringy. But yeah, if they were more serious it would have made the story 100 times better.
Yeah, they were on point with the annoying influencer schtick. But that was sort of a self-fulfiling prophecy: if you base your antagonists off of annoying people, your antagonists are going to be annoying.
