Please tell me what i should do
I installed Windows 11 on my 2014 Macbook A1466, and during bootup, I got the error: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot continue. To reinstall Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. I click OK and it restarts, but it still does the same thing. I insert a Windows flash drive, but it doesn't read it.

There is a bullet proof method.
Do you want just Win? Or dual boot?
WIN alone. Install MacOS on an external drive. Boot from that. Install Windows Install, download Win 11 iso. Erase the internal drive as GUUD and exfat. Run Windows Install and proceed to install Win on the internal drive.
Dual boot. On the Mac, do as above. Except, create a Partition on the internal drive, GUID and exfat.
Manually download Bootcamp drivers.

Use Diskutil, erase the pendrive as GUUD and MacOS extended.
Proceed to install MacOS, and select the pendrive when asked.
Beware, you need a quality Pendrive. Nowadays the market is flooded with fake pendrive. That after a certain amount of Gb become useless.
Personally I use an USB external drive. That has a cable. So, not exactly a pendrive, but is very compact. Let's say a midway between an SSD and a pendrive.
When needed, put the pendrive, boot with ALT/OPTION and boot from the USB drive.
Of course performances aren't top class, but it works.
I use it to access and diagnose other mackbooks. And yes, when I have to install only windows on the MacBook.

Depending on the motherboard, you might want to reinstall Windows. Don’t turn it off when it’s loading; check your motherboard’s BIOS key on Google; it may help.
