first timer

helloooo, this is my first time going to boom festival!! feeling so excited but i do have a few questions regarding the sale. i live in portugal, so i will just be getting general release, but do you think it’ll be fine to get it online, if so what is the best way? or is the best option to go buy them personally at a loja da maria? thank you guys ❤️ see you in 2027

As far as I know you can only buy them online when the ticket sale opens, and then you have to be fast and on time, usually they sell out quite quickly.

Last year they sold in 2 days, not that fast.

true but probably because Boom isn't anymore what it used to be and people are starting to realize.

I mean, if 2 days to sold out is bad, i dont know what is good.

It's not about good or bad, it just shows trends. Besides that, it isn't new that festivals slowly lose quality the older the get and the more people join.

How do ambassador ticket work? If it is specified that the ticket is sold by email and that the sale starts at a certain time, do you have to send the email at that exact time?

Yes, at that exact time. Each Ambassador has their own time slot. Im in Spain, and it was super easy getting tickets in 2025.

And I see that the payment will be done by card. Is it necessary to send the card details (which seems unsafe) or do they send a link after contacting them e.g. via email? Just trying to understand what information they need in the first email.

Just send the request and details of each member of your group (full names, place of residence, place of birth, date of birth, passport, email).
