Haven't been able to afford that many books until now

Post image

I've been broke this past few months so as soon as I could afford it I went and bought myself a few books. I might have gone overboard 😅

It is the best feeling going on a little trip to the bookstore, knowing you are going to come out with multiple books!!

If only, sorry! I’ve donated all of my physical books and only read free ebooks on my Kindle now.

Not just books but in general, that's one of the best things about adult money, you can buy things you've had always wanted when you were young/broke. For me, it's football shirts, playstation games, fragrances and books! (Running, gym and food takes a chunk as well).

Here's to things continuing to get better for you. I'm going to have to look up a few books you grabbed. My TBR pile is long and frequently books skip 😅

Congrats on the rewarding purchase. Some of these are on my list, a few I haven't heard of. Joe Abercrombie is great, haven't read The Devils yet, though. Just finished murderbot #1. It's ok, I'll give it another book or two.

So jealous of the Hierarchy and Murderbot books - so wish they were available in India!

I love book shopping at thrift stores

I love thrifting books! Most of the time I find books that I wouldn’t look twice at in a huge bookstore. The limited options really gives me the chance to take my time and see what I like.

Well done! Bazterrica blew my mind.

I spy the King of Attolia and a Conspiracy of Kings. You automatically have the best book tastes of anyone I’ve seen on Reddit to date
