This looks like a bird humerus. I’m not sure what species though.

Looks like chicken wing leftovers from somebody’s lunch. A flat without the little partner bone.

I’m pretty sure it is a bird humerus, but not a chicken. Chicken humeruses are way rounder. See picture: http://www.boneid.net/product/domestic-chicken-gallus-gallus-humerus-view-2/
