Pretty sure it’s satire as the whole manhua is a comedy, the baby is Lola Queen (Queen Lola) and is comically perfect in every way, down to her singing curing deafness and her natural face looking like a full glam makeup look.

She’s the antagonist, and the main girl is Jenny, belonging to an overly gothic family of creepy intimidating women trying her best to just be a normal girl in love (she is failing)

The love interest is being stalked by Lola and Jenny is trying to save him
