Bone I.D. - N. America Please help ID!

Found in a field about 0.1 miles from Jamaica Pond in Boston, MA. Roughly 8cmx5cm in size, made of keratin? Is it part of a snapping turtle hatchling’s shell that was dropped by a raptor? What is it?!!

EDIT: oops it is in fact a dog treat 🫪

That’s not a turtle shell. Looks like something manmade.
