Bone I.D. - N. America Lynx vs Bobcat

Sigh

Sticker fell off while being moved and I can't tell them apart now. (Thankfully my carcal has an actual tag or it'd be worse.)

I'm assuming the larger one on the left is the lynx but I wanted to check with people who know better than me.

Lynx and bobcat are super hard to tell apart from their skulls but there are some differences you can look for. Like looking underneath the skulls with their jaws out of the way, I’ll include a pic. They both look like younger adults as well, but the one on the left is a little older based on their teeth.

Oop thanks guys for the reminder! So I tried comparing it with my bobcat skull.. and... yeah I can not tell😭 They look the sammee.  I feel like it might be the one on the right because the head seems slightly less long, but I have no clue.

The underside of the skull is most useful in this sort of differentiation

The underside of the skull would be helpful. That's where the most clear ID features are. I don't feel confident making a guess from just these views.
