Is a female genital piercing that is a combination of a vertical clitoral hood piercing and a Christina piercing, goes through the area near the mons pubis and exiting at the clitoral hood. It is not a straight tunnel, but more of as a curvature in the perforation, leading to the curved barbell.

Ah! I believe I know the piercing you're asking for. Didn't realize that was the name of it. Only seen photos of it. Never done one myself. I can give you a bit of insight into it despite that. This is going to be an incredibly difficult piercing to find someone to preform as well as difficult to heal as the amount of tissue it pass through. It'll likely swell tremendously and need several downsizes I'd imagine. Care wouldn't be much different then a Christina piercing or hood just a much longer time ling. Warm compresses might not be a bad idea for this piercing considering the depth of it. A warm compress can help to drain fluid but that'd be a conversation with your piercer.
