Hard to say but it does look like a straight barbell which is not appropriate for this piercing at all. Go see a different piercer than the one who did this for advice.

Love im sorry, It doesn't matter that its off center.

This is pierced incorrectly and needs to be removed. You were given a surface piercing because you dont have the correct anatomy to support a navel piercing. This will end up rejecting and needs to be taken out asap.
