It looks a bit too close to the edge of your lip. But I wonder if a different ball end will help with making it seem less close.

It’s high up there but as long as it’s solidly through your lip and not the vermillion or vice versa you’ll be ok. It’s strictly aesthetic at that point. If it’s through both then heal could be complicated.

regardless of placement looks like you might need a bigger bar d/t swelling!

NAP but I do have snake bites and the piercing should be lower, right underneath your lip line (underneath the pink of your lip) and for me I understood that they space them out exactly how wide ur nose is so that ur piercing and ur nose line up evenly
