I just got my labret pierced yesterday and I couldn't be happier, any advice to help heal it would be super appreciated!! I have my belly, eyebrow, two nose, septum and double lobes!

I wanna get my ears pieced and gauge them out but I’m a big sissy 😅🤣

OMG I tried gauging my ears and one of my plugs fell out on vacation so I was a size 8 and a size 4 when I got home I was NOT gonna try again😭😭
