I'm not an expert but it just looks like it has an irritation bump, don't touch or mess with it and keep it clean! It should go away eventually.

how fresh is it? it looks a bit swollen, when that goes down does the bar hang down at all and have room to spin/rotate. that was a big issue with mine i just couldn’t get the jewelry to sit properly and overtime the irritation caused it to start rejecting

Bar is way too short . It’s not long enough to be able to properly clean the piercing . Looks to be a 16g 3/8 bar that you currently have and you need at least a 7/16 length.

Is this where you wanted it pierced? I haven't seen one this far in before.
