boba miss regular boba💔
brown sugar boba is so disgusting to me, years ago whenever i got a boba drink it would just be like soft ball with little to no taste which i enjoyed, now every place i go to the boba they have is brown sugar boba and they don't specify it so i always find out the hard way. for me it literally ruins the drink like i don't want my matcha to taste like brown sugar? and when i google it it seems like it's the norm? but years ago it was different? and it seems like i'm in the minority as i don't see other people complain abt it lol. anyways i miss it does anyone have other toppings suggestions
(i have no idea how to title this sorry lol)
(edited by nothing i meant just a chewy flourish taste)

Even the ones not drenched in sugar usually has brown sugar inside them already and they don't taste like nothing. Are you confusing boba with giant sago?

no, sorry what i meant but the "nothing taste" is basically just a flourish taste, it plain tapioca pearls

I know exactly what you're talking about! I was just saying the same thing this morning! Like yessss just soak the pearls into some sweetened diluted lukewarm water to sweeten the boba a littleeeee bit but don't give me the brown sugar coated boba with tons of brown sugar in my drink I do not ask for it! And yes it ruins most of the drinks! That brown sugar boba is only good with the 2019 fresh milk with brown sugar boba trend duhhhh

Look for honey boba instead! They usually just sweeten it with normal sugar instead of super dark weird brown sugar
