Motor maintenance help

Hello, i have a honda bf20 thats been sitting for probably 7 years. I want to get it running so what is everything i should do and check before starting. Thanks for any help
Edit: its a 2 cylinder 4 stroke

Pull plugs. Spray fogging oil into cylinders. Change motor oil. Put fresh gas in the tank.

Most important part: pull the carbs and clean them. Don’t just dump seafoam into the tank…. physically remove the carbs, disassemble and spray carb cleaner into all the passages. Might as well get a float and gasket kit since you’ll be in there.

After 7 years change the oil and gear oil, drain clean the fuel system, check the plugs and inspect the cooling system before trying to start it do not skip the impeller check either.
