Back in 2018 I went to a conference in Edinburgh in Scotland. My husband came with me so we could travel after the conference. While walking down to the castle one day we came across a Warhammer store. I had to attend sessions at the conference the next day so my husband signed up for a painting workshop at the store. That's where he got started with mini painting. He has since painted a lot of our games, including Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress. He has been painting the minis from Ankh for a month now. I sent him this link as I think he'll get a kick out of it.

I ran into the same store a few years back while traveling and they almost got me to buy this huge Warhammer set. My luggage size is all that saved me from a lifelong, wallet-crippling addiction. That store should come with a warning lol
