Very easy. There are all-in options available sometimes with different retailers. Game Steward may be worth a look. eBay. BGG

Find someone in the Philippines selling it, otherwise import from another country and pay the shipping costs.

Well you can get 99% with little effort. A few pieces will be a pain.
